This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit forcefield.digital or contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact details you submit — name, email, project or company name, and the content of your message
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and pages visited
- Usage data — how you interact with the site (collected only if you accept analytics cookies)
- Company-level identification — where you visit from a corporate network, we may identify your employer via reverse IP lookup (only if you accept marketing cookies)
- Communications — emails and scheduling interactions you initiate with us
Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Respond to enquiries and provide services — legal basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b))
- Operate and secure the website — legal basis: legitimate interests in running a secure, functional site (Art. 6(1)(f))
- Analytics and marketing identification — legal basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a))
- Comply with legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))
Subprocessors and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and business:
- Lovable / Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (analytics cookies only)
- Formspree Inc. — processing of contact form submissions
- Calendly LLC — meeting scheduling when you book a call
Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and appropriate confidentiality obligations.
International transfers
Some of our providers (notably Google, Formspree, and Calendly) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and, where applicable, participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
- Contact form submissions and related email correspondence: up to 24 months after the last interaction
- Client engagement records: for the duration of the engagement and up to 10 years after, as required by Lithuanian tax and accounting law
- Analytics data in Google Analytics: 14 months
- Cookie consent records: 12 months, after which we re-request consent
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated on the site.
